Gordon has run his own agri-business since 1991 (adjusting it over time to meet customer needs through the ‘university of hard-knocks’). He has exceptional skills in business planning, business strategy and business management.

Gordon has a diverse background and experience working with farmers, advisors, and others in the value chain; including manufacturers and transport operators. He has worked throughout Australia, in Vietnam, the Philippines and USA.

His experience has shown him that the principles and practices of ‘the business side of things’ is essentially the same wherever a business operates.
